Refund Policy

I have read & understand the refund policy: All sales are final. Refunds are at the discretion of BiggerPockets and must be requested by September 1, 2026; however, in the event BPCON is canceled for any reason, BiggerPockets will provide the option for a refund or transfer to a future conference. It is advised that attendees purchase travel insurance. A registrant can transfer their registratio to another person on/before 9/15/26. BiggerPockets will not facilitate the transfer of funds between attendees.

Media Release

By attending this event, I grant BiggerPockets permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the 2026 BiggerPockets Conference. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes across websites, social media, press releases, and other materials. I release BiggerPockets and its representatives from any liability related to such use, including claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
